What happens if launch is delayed?+
You choose: accept the new date or refund. If VidsPod has not activated by Oct 15, 2026, we automatically refund you unless you agree to a later date.
Can I refund before launch?+
Yes. Full refund for any reason before activation, to your original payment method.
Does the preorder renew automatically?+
No. Auto-renewal is off. Renewal later requires your explicit opt-in.
What are credits and when do they expire?+
Credits are VidsPod usage credits deposited at activation, valid for your Founder term.
Which features are ready at activation?+
Motion catalog, Motion Studio with the selected Motion, private output, progress, My Motions, and download.
Are roadmap features guaranteed?+
