1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must create and maintain an account to use customer generation features. You are responsible for the security of your credentials, the accuracy of your account information, and all activity under your account.

2. Paid Services and Commercial Use

VidsPod sells paid video-generation packages, credit packs, and subscriptions. Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any third-party rights in your inputs, we grant you a limited right to use the generated outputs for commercial and non-commercial purposes. You may not claim rights in outputs that incorporate third-party material you did not have the right to use.

3. User Content, License, and Responsibility

You retain ownership of your lawful inputs, reference assets, and any pre-existing rights you have in submitted content. You grant VidsPod a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transcode, modify for technical delivery, store, and display your content only as needed to operate the service, generate media, secure the platform, and comply with law.

4. Prohibited Content and Abuse

You may not submit illegal content, stolen content, malware, deceptive impersonation requests, unlawful surveillance material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, content that violates third-party rights, or prompts intended to evade safety controls. We may suspend, refuse, or remove content at any time.

5. Refunds, Failed Generations, and Credits

Some generations may reserve or charge credits before the final output is available. If a generation fails according to our policy, we may refund unused credits, partial credits, or the full amount depending on the stage reached and the cause of failure. Duplicate charges caused by retries or webhook replays will not be intentionally collected twice.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription according to the instructions in your account or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund amounts already earned, consumed, or settled unless required by law or our refund policy.

7. Retention and Deletion

We may keep generation records, invoices, usage logs, and moderation history for operational, accounting, fraud, or legal purposes. Media deletion requests may remove customer-visible assets while leaving limited backend records that are necessary to preserve billing integrity and compliance history.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, VidsPod and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the law stated in the applicable order form or account terms. For questions or legal notices, contact support@vidspod.com. We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable commercial timeframe and usually within 2 business days.

You must comply with the terms, policies, and safety rules of any upstream provider or processor used to fulfill your generation request. We may disable a preset, account, or output if a provider, payment processor, or compliance review requires it.
